Booking Confirmation:

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Junglore Wildlife Safari Expedition Company powered by CloudsAvenue TechSolutions LLP

A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and completion of the booking process as outlined by Junglore.

Payment Policy:

Payment schedules, including deposit amounts and due dates, will be communicated at the time of booking.

Full payment must be received by the specified due date to confirm participation in the expedition.

Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of any previous payments made.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellation requests must be made in writing and will be subject to applicable cancellation fees as per the cancellation policy.

Cancellation fees are determined based on the proximity to the departure date, as outlined in the cancellation policy.

In the event of expedition cancellation by Junglore Wildlife Safari Expedition Company, participants will be entitled to a full refund of the tour cost.

Participant Responsibilities:

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they meet all eligibility requirements and possess any necessary travel documents, including visas, permits, and vaccinations, as required by the destination country.

Participants are required to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by Junglore Wildlife Safari Expedition Company and its representatives throughout the duration of the expedition.

Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the expedition and are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance coverage.

Liability Waiver:

Participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with wildlife safaris and outdoor activities.

Junglore Wildlife Safari Expedition Company and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience caused as a result of participation in the expedition, including but not limited to accidents, illnesses, or acts of nature.

 

 

Itinerary Changes:

Junglore Wildlife Safari Expedition Company reserves the right to modify or alter the itinerary, accommodation, transportation, or any other aspect of the expedition as deemed necessary for the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of participants.

Participants will be notified of any significant changes to the itinerary in a timely manner.

Code of Conduct:

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner towards fellow participants, guides, wildlife, and the environment.

Any behavior deemed disruptive or detrimental to the expedition experience may result in the participant's removal from the expedition at the discretion of Junglore Wildlife Safari Expedition Company.

Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Mumbai, Maharashtra in which Junglore Wildlife Safari Expedition Company is registered.

​

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the aforementioned jurisdiction.

By booking an expedition with Junglore Wildlife Safari Expedition Company, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
